Acquaforte. 305x205 mm. Ampi margini. Sotto l’immagine il titolo e versi della tragedia; in basso a sinistra ‘W. Hamilton pinx’, a dx. ‘A. Ragona Sculp.’ Buono stato di conservazione. 

La celebre scena è plasticamente descritta dal pittore inglese. Sotto il titolo i corrispondenti versi di Shakespeare. British: “Hamlet sitting at left beside his mother on the edge of a bed, gesturing passionately towards a miniature held out in his hand, his mother looking back towards him as she turns away; oval design.” Antonio Regona, pittore e incisore di Bassano del Grappa, collaborò con i Remondini. Questa stampa compare nel Catalogo Remondini del 1797, a pagina 18.

The famous scene is plastically described by the English painter. Under the title the corresponding verses of Shakespeare. British: “Hamlet sitting at left beside his mother on the edge of a bed, gesturing passionately towards a miniature held out in his hand, his mother looking back towards him as she turns away; oval design. " Antonio Regona, painter and engraver from Bassano del Grappa, collaborated with the Remondini family. This print appears in the Remondini Catalog of 1797, on page 18.
