Acquaforte di 130x195 mm. In basso a dx: Claudius in. et f. Roma 1636. Incollata su cartoncino agli angoli. Bell’esemplare.

Acquaforte di carattere bucolico in cui, in una vegetazione rigogliosa e ombrosa, un bovaro è intento a suonare il flauto, mentre la mandria si abbevera al fiume. Robert-Dumesnil 8, B. 18, Mannocci 18 IV A (von B, von VI).

Condition Report

Etching of 130x195 mm. In the lower right: Claudius in. et f. Roma 1636. Glued to the corners on the cardboard. Nice specimen.

Bucolic etching in which, in a luxuriant and shady vegetation, a cowherd is intent on playing the flute, while the herd is drinking at the river.
