Acquaforte di 200x256 mm. In basso a sx: Cl. G. Inv. et F. con licenza de sup. Ca. 1651. Incollata su cartoncino. Bell’esemplare.

Classica scena pastorale del Lorrain dove in primo piano due pastori stanno conversando mentre i loro armenti pascolano. Il paesaggio è riempito da altre figure in lontananza come quelli sul ponte, l’altro pastore con la sua mandria dall’altra sponda del fiume e la piccola imbarcazione a remi.

Etching of 200x256 mm. In the lower left: Cl. G. Inv. et F. con licenza de sup. Ca. 1651. Glued to the corners on cardboard. Nice specimen.

Classic pastoral scene of Lorrain where two shepherds are conversing in the foreground while their herds graze. The landscape is filled with other figures in the distance such as those on the bridge, the other shepherd with his herd on the other side of the river and the small rowing boat.
