Magnifica veduta scenografica. Raro foglio volante pubblicato dai Remondini di Bassano. Un esemplare presso la H Beard Print Collection, che cos’ la descrive: Scene representing a Royal Harbour, 'Porto Reale', accompanied by inscription in Italian: 'Più che l'aurato vello un sí bel margo forse invogliar potria la nave d'Argo'. 
Giuseppe Galli da Bibiena, secondo figlio di Ferdinando Galli da Bibiena, arriva ad eguagliare la fama del padre e diviene il più conosciuto fra i Bibbiena della propria generazione. Giuseppe lascia una copiosa collezione di disegni e incisioni delle proprie opere. Una delle raccolte più importanti dei suoi disegni-studio è da lui pubblicata a Roma, sotto la direzione di Andrea Pfeffel nel 1740-44, con il titolo ‘Architetture e prospettive dedicate alla maestà di Carlo sesto imperador de' Romani da Giuseppe Galli Bibiena, suo primo ingegner teatrale ed architetto, inventore delle medesime.’

Magnificent scenic view. Rare flying sheet published by the Remondini from Bassano. A specimen at the H Beard Print Collection, which describes it as follows: Scene representing a Royal Harbor, 'Porto Reale', accompanied by inscription in Italian: 'More than the airy fleece, a sí beautiful margo perhaps will entice the ship' Argon'.
Giuseppe Galli da Bibiena, second son of Ferdinando Galli da Bibiena, came to equal the fame of his father and became the best known of the Bibbiena of his generation. Giuseppe leaves a copious collection of drawings and engravings of his works. One of the most important collections of his studio drawings is published by him in Rome, under the direction of Andrea Pfeffel in 1740-44, with the title 'Architectures and perspectives dedicated to the majesty of Charles the sixth imperador de' Romani by Giuseppe Galli Bibiena, his first theatrical engineer and architect, inventor of the same. '
