La spartizione coloniale di Africa e Oceania a seguito della Conferenza di Berlino del 1884-1885. Proposta di legge per approvare il trattato coloniale stipulato tra Francia e Germania sui territori in Africa e Oceania. Da pagina 15 il testo del trattato e il carteggio fra il Cancelliere Imperiale O. Von Bismark e l’ambasciatore francese in Germania, Alphonse Chodron de Courcel, i firmatari del trattato. La legge è presentata dal Presidente della Repubblica J. Grevy e dal Presidente del Consiglio Charles de Freycinet. 
Charles Louis de Saulces de Freycinet, 1828-1923, Senatore dal 30 gennaio 1876 all’11 gennaio 1920, fu più volte ministro e quattro volte Presidente del Consiglio (28 dicembre 1879 - 23 settembre 1880; 30 gennaio - 7 agosto 1882; 7 gennaio - 11 dicembre 1886; 17 marzo 1890 - 27 febbraio 1892).

Proposal of law to approve the colonial treaty stipulated between France and Germany on the territories in Africa and Oceania. From page 15 the text of the treaty and the correspondence between the Imperial Chancellor O. Von Bismark and the French ambassador to Germany, Alphonse Chodron de Courcel, the signatories of the treaty. The law is presented by the President of the Republic J. Grevy and the Prime Minister Charles de Freycinet.
Charles Louis de Saulces de Freycinet, 1828-1923, Senator from 30 January 1876 to 11 January 1920, was a minister several times and Prime Minister four times (28 December 1879 - 23 September 1880; 30 January - 7 August 1882; 7 January - 11 December 1886; 17 March 1890 - 27 February 1892).
