Legatura da amatore, piatti in carta marmorizzata policroma e filetto in oro, dorso in marocchino rosso con titolo e fregi in oro, angoli, fogli di guardia in carta marmorizzata, tagli rossi. Pagine [8], 384 (i.e. 380), [20], con una Tabella fuori testo ripiegata; Pagine [6], 25, 1 bianca; Pagine [4], 5-23, 1 bianca. Buon esemplare. 

Rara prima edizione. Descrive tutti i 935 generi di piante allora conosciuti.  DSB: “The Genera plantarum ... next to Systema naturae is his outstanding early work” Garrison-Morton: “Linnaeus' botanical classification, the starting-point of modern systematic botany”. La tabella fuori testo ripiegata contiene il prospetto del “Clavis Classium”. Le tre opere unite insieme in questa prima edizione furono pubblicate anche separatamente.

Threequarter binding, covers in polychrome marbled paper and gilt rules, spine in red morocco with gilt title and ornaments, corners, polychrome marbled endpapers, red edges. Pages [8], 384 (i.e. 380), [20], with a folded out-of-text table; Pages [6], 25, 1 blank; Pages [4], 5-23, 1 blank. Fine copy.
 
Rare first edition. It describes all 935 plant genera then known. DSB: “The Genera plantarum ... next to Systema naturae is his outstanding early work” Garrison-Morton: “Linnaeus 'botanical classification, the starting-point of modern systematic botany”. The folded out-of-text table contains the prospectus of the “Clavis Classium”. The three works combined together in this first edition were also published separately.
