CALONNE, Charles Alexandre; de. Arrêt du Conseil d’État du Roi, qui déclare de nul effet, après un délai de trois mois, les Passeports expédiés par la Compagnie des Indes pour l’entrée des Toiles de cotons blanches et peintes. Du 13 Octobre 1786.

Un foglio in 4to. 250x190 mm. Pagine 2. Testatina ornata con i Gigli di Francia. Lieve brunitura marginale, qualche macchietta, buono stato di conservazione. 

Decreto sull’importazione di tele di cotone, per favorire la Compagnia. Su iniziativa di Calonne sono annullati i passaporti speciali relativi al cotone. Il decreto si richiama alla precedente legge del 10 Luglio 1785 che vietava l'importazione nel regno di tele di cotone bianche o stampate provenienti dall'estero, ad eccezione ovviamente delle tele bianche che arrivano a Lorient a bordo delle barche della “Compagnie de Calonne”.

Decree on the importation of cotton cloth, to benefit the Company. On Calonne's initiative, the special passports relating to cotton are cancelled. The decree refers to the previous law of 10 July 1785 which prohibited the importation into the kingdom of white or printed cotton cloths from abroad, with the obvious exception of white cloths arriving in Lorient on board the boats of the "Compagnie de Calonne".
