Francis Carco is the pseudonym of the writer François Carcopino Tusoli, 1886 - 1958. His work, fiction, poems and autobriographic stories, is particularly notable for the acuity with which he analyzes the world of criminals and miserable people he represents, arriving at bitter polemic against bourgeois society.
René Pinon, born in Montbard on 5 February 1870 and died in Paris on 29 September 1958, is a French historian and political journalist, author of numerous works and chronicles on international relations between the beginning of the 20th century and the Second World War.
