Manifesto a stampa. 1009x516 mm. In alto al centro vignetta impressa in xilografia con le “Grandes armes imperials”, sormontate dalla Corona imperiale e con l’Aquila al centro.
 
Importante documento che riguarda le leggi sui cavalli, con la normativa sulle scuderie, gli allevamenti, le fiere e le corse. È emanato dal Prefetto del Dipartimento di Lot e Garonne, l’alto funzionario Christophe de Villeneuve-Bargemon, 1771-1829: fu destituito durante i Cento Giorni, poi, nel 1815 fu nominato prefetto di Bouches-du-Rhône e dal 1824 svolse anche le funzioni di Consigliere di Stato.

Print manifesto. 1009x516 mm. In the top center the printed woodcut vignette with the “Grandes armes imperials”, surmounted by the imperial crown and the Eagle in the middle.
 
Important document concerning the laws on horses, with the legislation on stables, farms, fairs and races. It is issued by the Prefect of the Department of Lot and Garonne, the high official Christophe de Villeneuve-Bargemon, 1771-1829: he was dismissed during the Hundred Days, then, in 1815 he was appointed prefect of Bouches-du-Rhône and from 1824 he also performed the duties of Councilor of State.
