Rarissimo foglio volante. La legge, in XII articoli, ratifica il Decreto dell’Assemblea Nazionale del 9 settembre: prevede aiuti agli artisti che per le loro scoperte, le loro opere e le loro ricerche nelle arti utili, avranno meritato di poter ottenere le ricompense nazionali.
