Account of the clash that occurred in the waters between Sicily and Malta between a vessel of Barbary corsairs, the Ammirante, from Alger, and six ships of the Knights of Malta, which ended with the victory of the latter and the capture of the opposing ship, her commander, two of his sons and 200 prisoners. At the end is the list of knights killed in the battle and of the captains of the six vessels. Grignani published at the same time also another account.
