Arrest du Conseil d'Etat du Roy, Pour la Prise de Possession de la Ferme Generales Unies, par la Compagnie des Indies, sous le nom d'Armand Pillavoine pour neuf Années,… du Premier Septembre 1719.

4to; 245x180 mm. Pp. 4. Testatina. Annotazione manoscritta all’ultima pagina. Mancanza sull’angolo inferiore sinistro, che non investe il testo, tracce d’uso. 

I contratti di locazione per la Compagnie des Indes, compresi i ‘Domaines d’Occident’, sono assegnati, per nove anni, ad Armand Pillovoine. La riscossione delle imposte viene trasferita da A. Lambert e i suoi Procuratori e sottoposti al citato Pillovoine. Le "Fermes des Domaines d'Occident" riscuotevano quote all'interno dei possedimenti francesi nel Nord America, comprese le tasse su vino, alcolici e tabacco in Canada e nella "Nouvelle France".
In fine l’attestazione di garanzia di Nicolas de Launay ‘Escuyer Conseiller Secretaire du Roy, Maison Couronne de France et de ses Finances.’

4to; 245x180 mm. Pages 4. Headpiece. Handwritten note on the last page. Lacking on the lower left corner, which does not affect the text, traces of wear.

Very rare. The leases for the Compagnie des Indes, including the 'Domaines d'Occident', are assigned, for nine years, to Armand Pillovoine. The collection of taxes is transferred from A. Lambert and his Attorneys and subjected to the aforementioned Pillovoine. The "Fermes des Domaines d'Occident" collected dues within French possessions in North America, including taxes on wine, spirits, and tobacco in Canada and "Nouvelle France".
Finally, the certificate of guarantee from Nicolas de Launay 'Escuyer Conseiller Secretaire du Roy, Maison Couronne de France et de ses Finances.'
