Prima edizione. Sono proposte le nuove regole per essere eletti nei Consigli Generali nelle Colonie francesi: non sono eleggibili i funzionari pubblici, i militari, e altri professionisti impiegati nell’amministrazione dei dipartimenti. Nei fogli ripiegati un quadro sinottico con gli articoli della Legge del 10 Agosto 1871, quelli del Decreto del 24 Febbraio 1885, e il testo proposto con le modifiche.

The new rules for being elected to the General Councils in the French Colonies are proposed: public officials, the military, and other professionals employed in the administration of the departments are not eligible. In the folded sheets a synoptic picture with the articles of the Law of 10 August 1871, those of the Decree of 24 February 1885, and the proposed text with the modifications.
