Rousseau, Sotto-Segretario di Stato alla Marina e alle Colonie: compaiono anche i nomi del relatore, Marius Hurard, del Segretario Jacques Haussman e del Presidente V. Schoelcher.

Political organization of Senegal. With this decree the same legislation applied in the colonies of Martinique, Guadeloupe and La Reunion extends to Senegal. The law is presented by A. Rousseau, Under-Secretary of State for the Navy and the Colonies: the names of the lecturer, Marius Hurard, of the Secretary Jacques Haussman and of the President V. Schoelcher also appear.
