Manifesto di 80 x 120 cm. Illustrazione con vividi colori. Sotto l’immagine, a destra, la firma dell’autore. Titolo nel margine inferiore. Tracce d’uso, ma buona conservazione. 

Sottomissione dello sconfitto Guglielmo II, con la spada spezzata, sovrastato dalle bandiere della Triplice Alleanza. Jules Abel Faivre, 1867-1945, pittore, illustratore e fumettista francese, membro della Société des Artistes Français, divenne celebre creando manifesti di propaganda per l'esercito francese nella prima guerra mondiale. Disegnò fumetti per Le Rire, L'Écho de Paris e Le Figaro.
