In 12mo. Legatura coeva in pelle bruna, dorso a nervi con fregi in oro. Pagine [16], 518, [42]. 2 tavole incise ripiegate. Tracce d’usura alla legatura, lievi aloni di umidità. Buon esemplare. 

È qui raccolta tutta la pasticceria dell'epoca, con ricette molto dettagliate: come usare i diversi tipi di zucchero, ricette per albicocche, mandorle, ciliegie, ribes, noci, prugne, pere, mele cotogne, cotignac, arance, limoni, lime, cedri, composte, gelatine di frutta, marzapane, meringhe, amaretti, crostate, croccantini e sfoglie, liquori, caffè, tè, cioccolato, grappe, sciroppi, ecc.

Condition Report

In 12mo, contemporary full brown binding, ribbed back with gilt ornaments. Pp. [16], 518, [42]. Two folded plates engraved on copper. Traces of wear on binding, slight spots of humidity. Good copy.
