Arrest du Conseil du Roi, qui casse une Sentence rendue le 3 avril 1767, au Siege de la Table de marbre a Paris, portant homologation d’un pretendu reglement, concernant une entreprise annoncee sous le titre d’Association de commerce maritime. Du 7 Février 1768.

Rarissima placchetta. Atto ufficiale contro la tratta degli schiavi. Il decreto riguarda l’Association de Commerce Maritime, chiamata anche “Compagnie pour la traite des nègres, le commerce de l’Amérique & la pêche”, di proprietà di L. Duverger. La Compagnia aveva navi viaggiavano fra Nantes, Bordeaux, Le Havre e le coste dell’africa e dell’America. Il decreto annulla il regolamento interno della Compagnia, che sembrerebbe indicare che questa Associazione sia autorizzata e approvata.

Very rare pamphlet. Official act against the slave trade. The decree concerns the Association de Commerce Maritime, also called "Compagnie pour la traite des nègres, le commerce de l'Amérique & la pêche", owned by L. Duverger. The Company had ships traveling between Nantes, Bordeaux, Le Havre and the coasts of Africa and America. The decree cancels the Company's internal regulation, which would seem to indicate that this Association is authorized and approved.
