The two unnumbered leaves, with the ‘Privilegium’, placed after leaf VI. Colophon at the end “Impressum Vincentie per magistrum Henricum de sancto urso, 1506”.
Woodcut illustration depicting St. Joseph on the recto of the first leaf with the title, printer’s device at the end under the colophon, decorated and illustrated Initials on a black and white background, Roman type. Browning on the title page, restoration on the lower margin of some pages, traces of use and light foxing, overall a good copy.
Very rare first edition. Work divided into four books. The structure of the statutes corresponds to those of 1259 and 1295. Amendments and additions up to 1481 are attached to each book. Overall, the volume offers an overview of municipal rights from 1259 to 1481, that is, more than two hundred years.
