Manifesto a colori di 120 x 80 cm. Firma in basso a sinistra, dati tipografici in basso a destra. Buona conservazione. 

Manifesto patriottico che incoraggiava i francesi a sottoscrivere il terzo prestito per la difesa nazionale. Il soggetto è la personificazione della Repubblica francese da parte di Marianna, che rappresenta la libertà del popolo, mentre è in piedi su un globo e circondata da bandiere.
