Prima edizione. Normativa per le elezioni nei territori francesi in India. Il Decreto in esame modifica i precedenti decreti del 1880 e del 1884 e stabilisce le regole che riguardano i diritti elettorali dei cittadini residente nelle Colonie in India, divisi in tre categorie: Europei o discendenti degli Europei, Renoncants (coloro che hanno rinunciato ai loro diritti precedenti e sono quindi equiparabili ai cittadini francesi, e i non Renoncants, coloro mantengono il loro status braminico.

First edition. Legislation for elections in French territories in India. The Decree in question modifies the previous decrees of 1880 and 1884 and establishes the rules concerning the electoral rights of citizens residing in the Colonies in India, divided into three categories: Europeans or descendants of Europeans, Renoncants (those who have renounced their rights precedents and are therefore equated to French nationals, and non-Renoncants, those who maintain their Brahminical status.
